About Erik Van den Top

Erik is an internationally accredited Wellness & Performance Coach with qualifications in coaching, positive psychology, neurophysiology, biofeedback and nutrition.

In private practice he works with clients on reaching their health and performance potential. He takes a holistic approach working with clients at three levels; physiological health, lifestyle system (habits) and mindframe (how we look at ourselves and the world, our identify and our beliefs).

He is also a teaching and research fellow at the University of Auckland.

He uses biofeedback to help clients gain awareness and take more conscious control over their physiology in order to optimise their health, well-being and performance.
